1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Games Market (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", "Seller") and Games Market and govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, placing an order, listing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law (including sanctions, embargoes, or platform bans);
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these criteria, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: (a) share your account with others, (b) create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans, (c) impersonate any person or entity, or (d) use bots or automated tools to register accounts.
4. Description of the Services
Games Market is a digital marketplace facilitating the sale of: video-game accounts, in-game currencies, top-ups, item packs, gift cards, and similar virtual goods ("Digital Items"). We provide:
- A storefront where verified sellers and the platform itself list Digital Items;
- Order processing, payment routing (bank transfer / cryptocurrency), and customer support;
- A buyer-protection program subject to our Buyer Protection Policy.
We do not generate, develop, or own the underlying games. All trademarks, logos, and game artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the product page (EUR by default). Prices may be updated at any time before checkout. Crypto payments receive an automatic 25% discount. Promotional codes ("coupons") may further reduce the price subject to their individual terms.
5.2 Payment Methods
We currently accept: Bank transfer (IBAN / SEPA / Wise / Revolut) and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT — TRC-20/ERC-20). Other methods may be added at our discretion.
5.3 Order Confirmation
An order is considered placed once payment is confirmed by our finance team. Until payment is verified, your order status will appear as pending. Delivery is typically within 5 minutes – 24 hours after confirmation, depending on the product type.
5.4 Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or duties that may apply to their purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.
6. Delivery
Digital Items are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, or to the in-game player ID where applicable. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Briefly:
- Before delivery: Full refund available on request.
- After delivery — undelivered/defective product: Replacement or full refund.
- After delivery — delivered as described: No refund (digital goods are non-returnable).
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
- Engage in money-laundering, tax evasion, or terrorist financing;
- Use stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or "card-not-present" abuse;
- Sell items obtained through fraud, hacking, exploits, or breach of game ToS where such sale is illegal;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation;
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users or staff;
- Upload malware, exploit code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of pending balances, and referral to law-enforcement authorities.
9. Additional Seller Terms
If you list items for sale ("Seller"), you additionally represent and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner of every item listed and have full authority to transfer it;
- Listings are accurate, complete, and not misleading;
- You will fulfil orders within the promised delivery window;
- You accept the platform commission disclosed at the time of listing;
- You will respect every game publisher's terms of service in your dealings.
Sellers may be required to undergo identity verification (KYC) for payouts above certain thresholds, in line with our AML / KYC Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Games Market and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Game titles, logos, and artwork displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective publishers and used under nominative fair use for the sole purpose of identification.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) €100. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Games Market and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions intended to survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, indemnity, and dispute resolution — shall do so.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Games Market is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us in writing at support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
